Supplier: Unilab Bayanihan Center
I was very happy with our reception location. The point person was accommodating and was thorough when explaining the costs and conditions of the place. Unilab Bayanihan Center has a list of allowed caterers but they have an exception: they will allow your caterer if they have never done business in their center. So we got what we wanted and had Tarlaquena Catering.
My list shows that this is what the location cost us:
PhP22,000 for Hall A
8 x PhP2,000 for Ingress/Egress
3 x PhP1,500 for Stage Panels 4ft x 8ft
PhP1,500 Backdrop frame
The ingress/egress is an expense that I didn't know existed until I was already looking for the place. I was not experienced with booking events places and making allowances for setting things up and, of course, cleaning up. But even with that cost, Bayanihan Center served us well! We didn't bother with walls or ceiling decorations and relied on our lights and sounds team to provide the party ambiance.
