Unilab Bayanihan Center is probably more popular for hosting seminars than parties or wedding receptions.

- Hall A: 416 square meters
- Hall B: 356 square meters
- Warning: The rental rate is competitive but the ingress and egress hours are not part of the rent so you have to pay them separately. If you plan to put full drapes in Halls A and B, for example, you will have to invest around (at least?) 5 hours of ingress and 3 hours of egress which can easily cost you another 28k.
- Warning2: There's a "no nail, no hook" rule in Bayanihan Center. So when you bring in your drapes, you have to bring in your trusses too.
From entrance/lobby to Hall A |
The admin allows you to decorate the lobby going to Halls A and B. However, these decorations, like any decoration to be installed in the Halls have to be pre-approved. Also, you'll have to share the lobby with whoever else is holding an event in the other hall.
Hall A |
Hall A is the bigger hall as you can see in the floor area picture above. From floor to ceiling, it's around 15 feet. The door on the right of the picture is the entrance. The door on the left, on the other side, goes to the kitchen. The wall between those two doors is the separator for Halls A and B.
You can't see it in the picture but on the right, beside the entrance door, is a floor to ceiling window covered with a set of blinds. And where the chairs are facing, that's where the ceiling projector screen comes down.
