Reception Options

Looking for the reception venue was the most stressful task in the first month of planning. Since our Church is non-negotiable, the reception venue locations are already restricted.

Forbes Park Pavilion

• Note: even with a sponsor, non-residents cannot rent the place on weekends
• Does anyone know the actual floor area of this place? I called and they told me it's around 400 square meters but I've seen it and it looks more like 250-300 square meters.

The Loft @ Manansala

Unilab Bayanihan Center

• Hall A: 416 square meters
• Hall B: 356 square meters
• Warning: The rental rate is competitive but the ingress and egress hours are not part of the rent so you have to pay them separately. If you plan to put full drapes in Halls A and B, for example, you will have to invest around (at least?) 5 hours of ingress and 3 hours of egress which can easily cost you another 28k.
• Warning2: There's a "no nail, no hook" rule in Bayanihan Center. So when you bring in your drapes, you have to bring in your trusses too.
• Nevertheless, it's a really nice, private place.
