The worst thing a supplier can do to a bride is to not reply to text messages and/or not return calls. We follow your rules, we give our down-payment, we contact you only if we need you -- like when we have a tentative meeting scheduled and we have to confirm. The least you can do is to give a short, curt reply to our questions.
