CANA Seminar

Santuario de San Antonio Parish requires couples who will be getting married there to attend any of the following:

We've decided to attend the CANA Seminar. We were planning to do it this weekend so I called on Monday but found out that this coming weekend's slots are full. (Pays to plan ahead.) So we've rescheduled and I'm waiting for their email that confirms our slot.

Important to note: they have a first to pay, first to reserve rule. Each couple's fee is PhP 4,000. And the seminar is inside the Ateneo de Manila campus.

. Your Pre-CANA Seminar reservation will only be valid upon payment.
. First to SUBMIT PROOF OF PAYMENT, first to RESERVE.
. Max. of 25 couples only.
. You can pay either at
   . Cefam inside ateneo campus QC. or
   . at BPI checking account number 3081-1107-85; account name Center for Family Ministries or CEFAM.
. PhP 4,000 PER COUPLE.
. Fax deposit slip asap, to 426-4285, or email at cefam@admu.edu.ph
   . write your full name including middle initial (to appear in your CANA certificate; changes in certificate due to erroneous names you submitted will be charged PhP200),
   . seminar date, and
   . telephone number.
. For check payment, indicate your bank and check number.
. Call CEFAM immediately at 426-4289 to confirm if we received your proof of payment and to get your CANA Confirmation Number.
. NO CANA CONFIRMATION Number NO CANA SEMINAR SLOT.
. Cancellation less than a week and no show on the day itself will be charged 25% and refund of deposited payment will be charged PhP250.
